Terms of Service
Payment is required up front once I agree to take on the commission and the total is finalized. I will send an invoice or a custom listing will be made for you.
There are no refunds one I start rigging your model. I will be updating rigging progress on Google Sheets which I will give you a link to track your order.
Pricing is non-negotiable.
Payments are accepted on either Ko-Fi or through Paypal. You must specify which payment method you would prefer to use on the request form.
Timing for each rig will vary from 1 week to 2 months depending on the complexity of your model and my order queue at the time you place your order. There is an additional rush fee if you need your model sooner.
I will contact you through your preferred method when I start on your model and will be updating any progress through Google Sheets.
I will send you the finalized rig and will allow any small adjustments if necessary. Any change or adjustment requests must be made within 48 hours of me sending the final product.
I will be posting progress updates while I am working on your model through social media unless you select "No, I'd prefer not" in the request form.
You must credit me as the rigger on any platform where you plan on using the model.
T.O.S. must be agreed to before paying for the commission. If you do not agree to the terms and submit the payment, I will decline your order and will refund only 50% of the payment. Please read the terms thoroughly.
I have the right to decline the requested commission for any reason.
